The new director of Carleton’s Career Center wanted to build awareness of the career center as an essential resource for achieving students’ dreams. We partnered with the Career Center team to identify key messages, look at the competitive landscape, develop a persona, and create a new look. The brand was launched at the beginning of the fall term with banners, sidewalk stencils, posters, t-shirts and branded cookies. Our work continued with a 32-page brand guide, a template for the Career Center’s annual report and program publications.
